In terms of structural design, an innovative combination of “double-layer airbag + pressure sensing” is adopted. After inflation, it can automatically fill irregular sealing surfaces, achieving a sealing contact pressure of up to 0.8 MPa, enabling precise adaptation even in the face of gap deviations within 10 mm. The built-in micro pressure sensor can monitor the sealing status in real time, triggering an immediate warning when the pressure fluctuation exceeds 0.02 MPa. Coupled with a deflation protection valve, it effectively avoids structural damage caused by excessive inflation, extending the product’s service life to over 8,000 hours, which is three times that of traditional seals.
